As a Special Needs Teacher and Functional Assessor, she has devoted her career to empowering neurodiverse children, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Nancy is the Founder and Principal of Rare Gem Talent School, a pioneering institution that provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for children with diverse learning needs. Under her leadership, Rare Gem Talent School has become a beacon of hope for families seeking specialized education for their children, offering innovative programs that cater to the unique strengths and challenges of each student.
In addition to her work at Rare Gem, Nancy is the Co-founder of Dyslexia Organization Kenya. This organization plays a crucial role in raising awareness about dyslexia and advocating for the rights of individuals with learning differences. Through her advocacy and leadership, Nancy has significantly contributed to the development of resources and support systems for children with dyslexia and other neurodevelopmental conditions across Kenya.
